Patricia (Forbes) Auguste

Patricia Auguste, 64, of Chesterfield, passed away Tuesday, November 15th.  Patricia was born in Brooklyn, New York on June 12, 1958, a daughter of Patricia Forbes Hagemann, of Staten Island and the late John Forbes. She was raised in Belford and graduated Middletown High School. She  eventually moved to Monticello, NY for several years before settling in Chesterfield 10 years ago. Patty was a bookkeeper at Magical Acres in Chesterfield for the past 10 years.
   Patty was a jack of all trades; she enjoyed cooking and was a gifted seamstress. She could sew anything from gowns and bathing suits to drapes and couch covers. She could also fix anything around the home or farm. Her love in life was her animals. She had dogs and horses and even worked and lived on a horse farm. She lived her life on her own terms.
    Patty is survived by her mother, Patricia Forbes Hagemann and her brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Annie Forbes of Atlantic Highlands. 
    She was predeceased by her sister Wendy McCarthy, and leaves behind her niece Linda Marie and fiancé Brian and her great nephew, Jackson; nieces Shannon and Casey Forbes, along with her cousin Doreen Mulia and daughters; Marybeth Galan and Heather Defede and Heather’s children Anthony and Ava.
