Mark E. Tuott

Mark E. Tuott, 69, of Atlantic Highlands, passed away Tuesday, May 23rd. Mark was born in Englewood, NJ on June 1, 1953, a son of the late Joan and Edward Tuott.  Mark lived in Highlands most of his life before retiring to Atlantic Highlands 7 years ago.

   Mark started his career as a plumber along side of his father. He later went on to join the United Association of Plumbers Union Local 9. He worked with them for many years before retiring in 2001 due to an injury.

   Mark was sports enthusiast. His favorite teams were the NY Yankees and Giants. He could often be found watching a game. He also played softball with the Bay Spirits Beer League at Kavookjian Field in the Highlands. Mark attended Woodstock and many other live concerts over the years. He has quite the collection of vinyl records and concert ticket stubs. Mark could also be found at the beach or fishing off a local dock. In recent years, his favorite place to be was with his grandson Connor.

   Mark is  survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Nicole Tuott along with their son, Connor.
