John Craparo Obituary

John J. Craparo, 43, a lifelong resident of the Middletown area and Port Monmouth, passed away on February 7, 2024. 
 John was known for his charismatic personality and great sense of humor. He had a natural ability to make people laugh and was loved by all who knew him. He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoyed spending time in nature. John was a dedicated father and cherished the moments he spent with his children.
 Professionally, John worked as a landscaper and hardscaper for many years. He took pride in his work and had a talent for transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes.
 One of John's greatest passions was football, particularly the NY Giants. He was a devoted fan and loved everything about the sport. He would often gather with friends and family to watch games and cheer on his favorite team.
 John had a profound impact on the lives of those who knew him. His infectious personality and caring nature left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. He will be remembered for his ability to bring joy and laughter to any situation.
 John is survived by his mother and step-father, Mary and Joseph Austin; his father and stepmother James and Carol Craparo; his son, John Craparo, Jr.; his daughter, Alanna Craparo; his brothers, Jeffrey Austin, J.J. Craparo, and Anthony Craparo; his sisters, Kathleen Quinlan, Jenna Neri, and Jennifer Tommy; his girlfriend Maggie Fennell,  along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister Lisa Lylo; brothers, Billy Craparo, William Austin and his neice Paige Ashley Craparo and nephew Nicolas Lylo. 
 A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date to honor and remember John's life.

John will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. His love for his family and friends was immeasurable, and his memory will forever live on in their hearts.
