Chrissy McCloud

Virginia Christine McCloud "Chrissy", 58, of Middletown, passed away Tuesday, March 9th, after a valiant battle with cancer. Chrissy was born in Perth Amboy, on August 8, 1962, a daughter of the late Virginia and Gerard V. McCloud. She was raised in Morganville and settled in Middletown 20 years ago. Chrissy was the quintessential mom. She loved being with her family! She enjoyed entertaining her friends and family and was known for her great cooking and baking. She was always eager to give cooking advice or just have some good old "girltalk" with her daughters. She enjoyed spending time at the beach during the summer. Chrissy was also an animal lover, especially her beloved cats. Chrissy will be fondly remembered as a loving and devoted companion, and mother, but her favorite title may have been Grandma!     
   Chrissy is survived by her fiancé and companion of 33 years, David Giblock and their two daughters; Shannon Cuccurullo and her husband Joseph and Brianna Giblock. She also leaves behind her sister, Gerilyn Yanvary and her cherished granddaughter, Aria Sophia Cuccurullo.  Chrissy is now reunited with her son, Kyle David Giblock, who passed away in 1995.
